This Policy explains how Jialin Zhou, the individual operator of MusePromptless in Guangdong, China, processes information when you use MusePromptless.

1. Information we process

• Account data, including email address, password hash, verification status, session data, and account creation time.
• Uploaded images and video frames needed to perform a requested analysis.
• Generated text prompts, selected language and detail settings, credit usage, request identifiers, and technical error information.
• Purchase records, including package, price, credits, order status, payment-provider identifiers, and billing email.
• Security data such as IP address, browser information, device signals, rate-limit records, and audit logs.

2. How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, analyze visual material, return text prompts, operate credits and payments, prevent fraud and misuse, troubleshoot errors, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Upload handling

Uploaded images and sampled video frames are held only for the duration needed to complete the requested analysis and are deleted from our active processing environment immediately after processing. We do not add uploads to a public gallery or use them to advertise the service. Temporary copies may exist briefly in network or provider processing systems as required to complete the request.

4. Service providers

We use infrastructure, AI analysis, email-delivery, security, and payment providers to operate the service. These providers receive only information needed for their function. Payment details are collected by the applicable hosted payment provider; MusePromptless stores order and payment status records but does not store full card numbers.

5. Retention

Uploads and sampled frames are deleted after processing. Account, credit, order, support, security, and accounting records may be retained while an account is active and afterward when reasonably needed for fraud prevention, dispute handling, tax, accounting, security, or legal compliance.

6. International processing

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of certain personal information. Some payment, security, or accounting records may be retained where legally required or necessary to resolve disputes.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including password hashing, access controls, signed payment webhooks, and rate limits. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
