Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of MusePromptless, an online visual-analysis service operated by Jialin Zhou, an individual operator based in Guangdong, China. By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

MusePromptless analyzes user-provided images or frames sampled from the first 15 seconds of a short video and returns editable text prompts. It does not generate, edit, manipulate, or face-swap images or videos. AI-generated text may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before use.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Credits and payment

Credits are prepaid units used only for eligible MusePromptless tools. Image analysis currently uses 1 credit and video analysis currently uses 2 credits. Credit packages are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Credits are not currency, have no cash value, and may not be transferred or resold. Current prices and credit costs are displayed before purchase.

4. Your uploads and rights

You retain your rights in material you upload. You grant us and our service providers a limited permission to process that material solely to provide, secure, and support the requested analysis. You must own the material or have all necessary permission to upload and analyze it.

5. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may reject a request or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, service providers, rights holders, or the service.

6. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. In general, a completely unused credit purchase may be refunded when requested within 7 days. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Availability and changes

We may update features, credit costs, supported formats, or service availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every upload will produce a useful result. Material changes to these Terms will be posted with a revised effective date.

8. Intellectual property

MusePromptless branding, software, and interface are owned by the operator or applicable licensors. These Terms do not grant permission to copy, reverse engineer, resell, or interfere with the service.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or decisions made from AI-generated text. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the People’s Republic of China, without limiting mandatory protections available where you live. Questions may be sent to support@musepromptless.com.
